Charming former medieval monastic complex of historical, cultural
and architectural importance located in a hilly area in a site of archaeological interest that opens onto the Chienti valley. Immersed in the countryside in a discrete area on the edge of the busiest communication routes, it has been the subject of a conservative intervention in full respect of the building's historical-formal characteristics and the value of the authenticity of each of its parts. The area surrounding the monumental artefact was also subject to environmental restoration and redevelopment. The restoration work was carried out in cooperation with and under the supervision of the Marche Region Cultural Heritage Superintendency in Ancona.

The partial restoration project of the monumental complex involved the consolidation and seismic improvement, in particular the conservation of the masonry (structural and surface), the wooden structures, the roofing and some architectural aspects, the cloister, and the reconstruction of part of the collapsed former ****** parts of the collapsed masonry were reconstructed, as in the church, and the original spaces of the factory were redesigned, as were the façades and the functionality of the interior and exterior spaces.
